Fair question. Most agencies are three things at once: a Facebook ads contractor, a funnel builder, and a "hope marketer." DryScale runs the whole system end-to-end — ads, follow-up, call centre, dashboard, reactivation. And we only work with three verticals: basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and foundation repair. After the initial agreement, you're month-to-month.
DryScale is a young firm with a sharp focus. We operate in 15 states across US and Canada. Nick, Mike, and Todd are our flagship case studies. We'd rather have three real ones than thirty fabricated.

Because Phase 1 + 2 take ~6 weeks, and the first paid channel needs 8–12 weeks to stabilize. Anything shorter and you're measuring noise.
Month-to-month. If we stop delivering, you leave. No lock-in.
No. And honestly — neither does any agency doing this work seriously. Close rates depend on your sales process, job tickets depend on your pricing, and attribution across multi-channel + offline-heavy businesses gets messy enough that "guarantees" become accounting exercises. Instead: we give you the system, the 60-second machine, the live dashboard, and month-to-month freedom after the initial term. If it's not working, you leave. That's a harder structural commitment than a marketing-attributed guarantee.

Results & Expectations

Phase 1 (weeks 2–6) generates reactivation revenue before new leads start. Phase 3 opens Meta at Week 6 — that's when net-new paid leads show up in the dashboard.
Meta works everywhere it's been built right. If we see a legitimate market problem, we lean on LSA, SEO, and referrals. The system doesn't depend on one channel.
No. No agency can honestly. Close rate lives with your sales team. What we commit to is the machine behind the close — speed-to-lead, persistence, nurturing, dashboard transparency.

Process

Phase 0 — the Bucket Audit — runs right after signing. We take 7–10 days to see every dollar and every lead in your business. Then Phase 1 starts.
We handle installs. You grant access to Meta, Google, GBP, and your CRM (or we install one). After that, you check the dashboard.
One 45-minute onboarding call. One 30-minute strategy call every two weeks (or weekly at Tier 3+). You run your company.

Pricing & Logistics

Yes. Ad spend is paid to Meta/Google directly, not to DryScale. See the Offer page for typical ranges.
